How it works

This steam bath oil uses the aromatic properties of Eucalyptus globulus and Salvia officinalis. Usage & Dosage

Add a few drops to a bath oil or massage oil. Use a few drops in an aroma diffuser or evaporate a few drops mixed with water in an aroma burner. Add a few drops to a steam bath, foot bath or a bowl of hot water for steaming. For external use only. If used in a bowl of hot water: add 6 to 8 drops and breathe the steam in and out slowly and deeply through the nose for 5 to 10 minutes.
