Add a few drops to a bath oil or massage oil. Use a few drops in an aroma diffuser or vaporise a few drops mixed with water in an oil burner. Add a few drops to a steam bath, foot bath, or a bowl of hot water for steaming. For a steam bath, use 6 to 8 drops in hot water and inhale slowly and deeply through the nose for 5 to 10 minutes. Optionally, you can cover your face with a towel. For external use only. Contains no animal ingredients.
