Use & Dosage

Mix 2-3 tablespoons of clay with some mineral or floral water to form a soft paste. Use a wooden spatula. Face: Apply a thick layer, including around the eyes. Do not let the clay dry out! Rinse with lukewarm water and moisturise. Hair: Distribute over the scalp, leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse out. Follow with shampoo. Bath: Dissolve 200 grams of clay in bath water. Optionally add essential oil. Enjoy for 20 minutes and rinse well.
