By combining an extremely fine dilution of Lonicera caprifolium (honeysuckle) with organic cognac, a liquid essence is created that subtly influences your state of mind. Usage & Dosage

2 to 4 drops in non-sparkling water, about 4 times a day (e.g. in the morning upon waking and in the evening before going to sleep). It is recommended not to use more than 5 essences at the same time. Note: Contains alcohol.
