Usage & Dosage
Do not use citric acid on aluminium, copper and marble or porous stones. For cleaning floors and worktops: dissolve 9 parts water with 1 part citric acid. For descaling and cleaning the washing machine: put 5 tablespoons of citric acid in an empty machine and run the hottest programme. For descaling coffee machines and kettles: dissolve 1-2 tablespoons of citric acid in 1 litre of cold water. Fill the machine with this solution. Leave it to stand for 15 to 30 minutes and then rinse clean twice with water.
