4 Modifast Intensive LCD (Low Calorie Diet) products contain sufficient essential nutrients to replace all main meals for one day. We recommend following the Modifast Intensive programme during your diet. This programme was designed by a dietitian and lasts for 6 weeks in total.
During the first 2 weeks of the Modifast Intensive programme, you consume 4 Modifast Intensive LCD meal replacements per day. It is important to drink plenty of water, at least 2 litres per day.
