Ingredients: Bulking agent: acacia gum, zinc bisglycinate, fucoidan extract from the seaweed Fucus vesiculosus (7.7%), fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil (Brassica napus), rice flour (Oryza sativa), pyridoxal-5'-phosphate, copper bisglycinate, gelling agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, emulsifier: glycerol.
Directions: 1 tablet per day, to be taken with water during a meal. Limit use to a few weeks or months.
