Usage:
It is recommended to mix this bleaching powder with Nouvelle Cream Peroxide. In a non-metallic bowl: mix the contents of the sachet (25g) with 50ml Colour Effective Developer and blend until a smooth cream is formed. Do not use to dye eyebrows or eyelashes.

Storage advice:
