Ingredients
Dimagnesium malate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose (filler), vegetable stearic acid (anti-caking agent)

Usage
Take 1 to 2 capsules 1-2 times daily before meals with a glass of water. Maximum 8 capsules per day, unless otherwise advised by your doctor or therapist.

Not suitable for children up to and including 4 years of age.
