Ingredients:
Fine psyllium fibres/ispaghula husk (70%), inulin fibres (30%).

Usage:

• Adults: 1-3x daily one level tablespoon in a large glass of water or juice.
• Children (6-12 years): 1-2x daily one level tablespoon in a large glass of water or juice.
• Children (under 6 years): Consult your GP before use.

Mix the dose with water or fruit juice, take immediately and then drink an extra glass of water or juice. Fibre can also be mixed with yoghurt or other food. It is recommended to drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres of water per day. Fibre can affect the absorption of medication; maintain a 2-hour gap between taking medication and fibre. If in doubt, consult your GP.

Storage instructions:
Close the packaging well after use. Store at room temperature (15–25°C) in a dry place. Keep out of reach of young children.
