Libra Vezels Natural combines two specific types of dietary fibre that complement each other perfectly. Psyllium fibre (Ispaghula Husk) has the ability to absorb water in the intestines, making the intestinal contents softer and more voluminous. This supports natural passage. Inulin is a soluble fibre that serves as a food source for the beneficial bacteria in your intestines. By combining these two sources in your daily routine, you choose complete and balanced support for your gut health.

Fine Psyllium fibre/Ispaghula Husk (70%), Inulin fibre (30%).

Usage & Dosage

For adults: take one level tablespoon in a large glass of water or juice 1 – 3 times daily.
For children aged 6 to 12: take one level tablespoon in a large glass of water or juice 1 – 2 times daily.
For children under 6 years: consult your (family) doctor before use.

Mix the dosage indicated above with a glass of water or fruit juice. Consume the drink immediately and drink an extra glass of water or fruit juice afterwards. Vezels can also be mixed into yoghurt or other food. It is recommended to drink at least 1.5 to 2 litres per day. Vezels is a natural product, which means the colour of the fibre may vary.

Vezels can affect the absorption of medication. Preferably, there should be a 2-hour interval between taking medication and using Vezels. If in doubt, consult your (family) doctor.
