Ingredients
Hydrolysed Collagen (Solugel® collagen peptides, bovine), Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)

Usage
Take 1 measuring scoop per day. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Easily soluble in (lukewarm) water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, chocolate milk, soup, protein shakes, oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt and quark. After stirring, leave for 5 minutes for optimal dissolution.
