Usage

• Cover a dish with a moist substrate (e.g. cotton wool), pressing out any excess water.
• Spread 2 to 3 teaspoons of seeds evenly, pressing down lightly; avoid clumps.
• Place the dish at room temperature in daylight, avoiding direct sunlight.
• Tip: Stretch cling film over the dish to create a microclimate; you won't need to check it for the first two days.
• Keep the substrate moist throughout the growing period, but not too wet. Use a plant mister initially, then later gently rinse and drain.
• After approximately 6 days, snip off the required sprouts as low as possible for consumption.

Growing time +/- 6 days.
