Ingredients
The active substance in this medicine is xylometazoline hydrochloride. The excipients are benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate monohydrate, sodium chloride, sorbitol 70%, methylhydroxypropylcellulose 4000 mPa.s and purified water.
Use & Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 and over: 2 to 4 drops in each nostril, 3 times a day. There should be an interval of 8 to 10 hours between 2 administrations. No more than 3 administrations per nostril per day. Blow your nose before use, tilt your head back and apply into each nostril, keep your head tilted back for a few minutes. Maintain an 8-10 hour interval between administrations. Do not use for longer than 7 days without consulting a doctor. Pay attention to the maximum daily dosage.

Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. It is not advisable to use this medicine for longer than 7 days, as this will damage the mucous membrane. Consult a doctor before use in the elderly, those with cardiovascular diseases, thyroid disorders, adrenal gland problems, diabetes mellitus, porphyria (metabolic disease) or an enlarged prostate. Consult a doctor before use if you are taking medicines for depression. During pregnancy and breastfeeding: not preferred, consult your doctor.
