For cosmetic use: Always dilute in a carrier oil (such as jojoba or almond oil). Use a maximum of 1 drop of essential oil per 10 ml of carrier oil. For evaporation: Add 2 to 3 drops to a diffuser with water. For use in the kitchen: Dose very sparingly (usually one drop dissolved in a fat is sufficient for an entire dish).
