Use & Dosage
Wrap the elastic fixation bandage as much as possible in a “tiled” manner, where the layers partially overlap. Pull the bandage only slightly, so that it does not constrict. When bandaging, work as much as possible from narrow body parts towards wider body parts, for example from the ankle towards the calf.

Do not apply the bandage too tightly, as this will constrict. You can recognise a bandage that is too tight by: discolouration of the extremities, worsening of pain, tingling or numbness in the extremities, or reduced ability to move the extremities.
