Usage
As a food supplement or maintenance dose: take 2 tablets 3 times daily before meals with plenty of water.
As a daily dosage:
Day 1: 2 tablets 3 times daily before meals,
Day 2: 3 tablets 3 times daily,
Day 3: 4 tablets 3 times daily,
Day 4: 6 tablets 3 times daily.
