Directions for use
On the hob or in the microwave: Bring 200ml of water, oat drink, or milk to the boil. Stir in 40g (or 6 tablespoons) of oats.
Simmer for approximately 2 minutes. Alternatively, heat for 3 minutes at 650W. Stir and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Overnight oats: Mix 40g of oats with 200ml of water, oat drink, or milk.
Stir well, cover, and leave in the refrigerator for 8 hours (overnight).
Cold: Also delicious with milk, yoghurt, or quark.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
