Nutricia Neocate LCP is based on scientific insights regarding food hypersensitivity in infants. Normal infant formula contains cow's milk protein chains that can trigger a reaction in sensitive babies. Neocate LCP bypasses this problem by using individual amino acids, the building blocks of proteins. Because these amino acids are not linked, the immune system does not recognise them as potential allergens. This allows the body to absorb and digest the food without problems. Use & Dosage

Wash your hands and clean the preparation surface. Sterilise the bottle and teat. Boil fresh water for 5 minutes or, if using an electric kettle, until it switches off. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes until it feels warm on the wrist. Pour the recommended amount of water into a sterilised baby bottle. Fill the supplied measuring scoop with powder and level off excess powder with a clean, dry knife. Do not press the powder into the measuring scoop. Check the temperature on the inside of your wrist. Any remaining feed in the bottle must be discarded after 1 hour. Do not reheat the feed. One level measuring scoop contains 4.5 grams of powder. Add 1 measuring scoop of powder to 30 ml of water to obtain the recommended feeding concentration. Osmolality of the recommended concentration (nb. 13.5 g of powder made up with water to a volume of 100 ml) is 340 mOsmol/kg H20.
