Ingredients
WholeFood nutrient complex: zinc, iron, manganese, copper, selenium, chromium, molybdenum | fruit and vegetable extract (carrot, spirulina, alfalfa, artichoke leaves, beetroot, acai berry, acerola berry): vitamin C, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, niacin, beta-carotene (from Dunaliella salina), thiamine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, vitamin D3, riboflavin, vitamin K2 (MK-7), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), folic acid (methylfolate), biotin, magnesium citrate, boron, iodine (from kelp), vegetable capsule (HPMC).

Usage
Unless otherwise advised: 1-2 capsules per day.

Not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
