Ingredients
Minerals, anti-caking agent (rice concentrate), thickener (cellulose as capsule shell), choline bitartrate, vitamins, fermented vegetable L-leucine, citrus bioflavonoids, inositol, Dunaliella salina, PABA, BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract).

Usage
Take 1 capsule twice daily with water during a meal. This recommended amount may also be taken all at once.
Suitable for vegans, vitamin D from plant source.
Suitable for pregnancy, desire to have children and/or women who are breastfeeding.

Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age.
