Use & Dosage
1. Fill the bottle with lukewarm water (avoid hot water). Test the temperature on your wrist to check that it is comfortable. Optionally, herbs such as witch hazel can be added for an extra soothing effect. 2. Tighten the nozzle cap securely to prevent leaks. Slide the nozzle out before using the rinse function. 3. Hold the bottle upside down between your legs. The ergonomic design allows for controlled and easy use. 4. Squeeze the bottle gently to obtain an even stream of water. The intensity of the water flow can be adjusted by varying the squeezing force. 5. Aim the stream at the area to be cleaned and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary until the area is clean. 6. After use, retract the nozzle, pour away any remaining water, and dry the bottle completely. Then store the rinse bottle in the included hygienic pouch.
