Wounds that heal slowly or cause repeated discomfort require more than just a standard plaster. Whether it concerns a graze on the children or a more complex chronic wound, a disrupted healing process can lead to scarring or infections. HeltiQ Honey wound gel supports the skin's natural healing ability in a gentle yet effective way, allowing you to care for the whole family's skin with confidence.
- Optimises wound healing by creating a moist wound environment.
- Has an antibacterial effect and helps prevent infections in both acute and chronic wounds.
- Reduces pain upon application and lowers the risk of scar formation.
- Clinically proven effective for various wound types, from burns to diabetic foot ulcers.
How it works
The power of this wound gel lies in its composition of 40% medicinal honey. Honey is known for its ability to form a protective barrier and create an environment in which tissue can regenerate faster. It is a natural approach to wound care that is supported by VitAdvice due to its scientific basis and versatility in both first aid and long-term care trajectories.
