How it works
The active substance xylometazoline hydrochloride causes local constriction of the blood vessels in the nasal mucous membrane. This reduces swelling and creates more space in the nasal cavity. This spray has been carefully formulated to be well tolerated even by patients with sensitive nasal mucous membranes. The addition of sorbitol prevents the mucous membrane from drying out, which contributes to a responsible recovery of the natural airway.

Ingredients
The active substance in this medicine is: xylometazoline hydrochloride (1 mg/ml). The other substances in this medicine are: benzalkonium chloride and disodium edetate have been added as preservatives. Furthermore, it contains menthol, eucalyptol, disodium hydrogen phosphate, disodium phosphate, sodium chloride, sorbitol, Cremophor RH40, purified water.
Use & Dosage
Adults and children from 12 years: 1 spray in each nostril, 3 times a day. There should be an interval of 8 to 10 hours between 2 administrations. No more than 3 administrations per nostril per day. Blow nose before use, head slightly forward and sprayer upright, spray into nostril and simultaneously inhale through nose, repeat for other nostril. Do not use for longer than 7 days without consulting a doctor.
