Important: Read the patient information leaflet carefully. Not for children under 8 years. Do not use if you have a high fever, blood or mucus in your stool, severe abdominal pain, a suspected serious bowel condition, or constipation. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day to prevent dehydration. Consult a doctor if diarrhoea persists (more than 48 hours), during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if taking other medication (e.g. the contraceptive pill).
Dosage: Adults: start with 2 capsules, then 1 capsule after each loose stool (maximum 8 per day). Children (8+): dosage depends on body weight; see leaflet. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. Do not use for longer than 14 days.
