Ingredients
FISH oil, capsule shell (bovine gelatin, gelling agent (glycerine), purified water), D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate.
Usage & Dosage
As a starting dosage, take 1 capsule 3 times daily with water. This recommended amount may optionally be taken all at once. If desired, you can switch to a maintenance dosage of 1 capsule per day later on. For children aged 3 to 12 years: squeeze 1 capsule per day into fruit juice and drink immediately.
