Ingredients
magnesium citrate, thickener (cellulose as capsule shell), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), BioPerine® (Piper nigrum L. extract).

Usage
As an initial dose, take 2 capsules once daily with water, preferably before or during a meal. This recommended amount may also be divided throughout the day. If desired, you can later switch to a maintenance dose of 1 capsule per day. Children from 2 years of age: 1 capsule per day.

Suitable for those planning to conceive, during pregnancy, and/or breastfeeding.

Magnesium may have a laxative effect.
