Use & Dosage
Application of greasy cotton wool for the prevention of blisters:
Cut a piece of greasy cotton wool 15 to 20 cm long. Split this piece of greasy cotton wool because it is otherwise too thick. Fold the thin piece of greasy cotton wool in a zig-zag pattern between the toes. Split the piece of greasy cotton wool again and fold it back over and under the toes. Put your sock on very carefully, otherwise the greasy cotton wool will break immediately.
Application of greasy cotton wool for closed blisters:
Remove the moisture from the blisters. Cut a piece of greasy cotton wool 15 to 20 cm long. Split this piece of greasy cotton wool because it is otherwise too thick. Fold the thin piece of greasy cotton wool in a zig-zag pattern between the toes. Split the piece of greasy cotton wool again and fold it back over and under the toes. Put your sock on very carefully, otherwise the greasy cotton wool will break immediately. For the first few minutes, the greasy cotton wool in the socks will feel a bit warm, but this disappears quickly when walking.
