Ingredients
Bulking agent (refined SOYbean oil), FISH gelatin (capsule shell), green-lipped mussel (MOLLUSC) (Perna canaliculus), blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) leaf extract, curcumin (Curcuma longa), vitamins, calcium gluconate, emulsifiers (sunflower lecithin, glycerine), stabiliser (beeswax), colour (sodium copper chlorophyllin, iron oxide black).
Usage & Dosage
As a starting dose, take 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably before meals with sufficient water. If desired, this recommended daily amount may also be taken all at once. Over time, you can switch to a maintenance dose of 1 to 2 capsules per day if desired.
