Physalis Green Tea Extract is carefully formulated with a high-quality water extract of Camellia sinensis. This extract is standardised to no less than 98% polyphenols and 50% epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), the most active and studied catechin in green tea. Usage & Dosage

1 tablet per day. To be taken with a meal with some water. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Do not take more than 800 mg of EGCG per day. Do not take on an empty stomach and if you are taking other products containing green tea on the same day.
