Canesten Gyno cream, cream for vaginal use 10 mg/g, contains clotrimazole to kill or inhibit the growth of fungi or yeast.
What is this medicine used for?
For infections in and around the vagina caused by fungi or yeast. Recognisable by itching, a burning sensation, red, swollen, painful labia, and white, lumpy, odourless discharge.

Important advice:
Consult your GP if symptoms occur more than 3 times a year, if you or your partner have a history of STIs, during pregnancy, if symptoms worsen or do not disappear after 7 days, if you are under 16 years old, experience pain or discomfort when urinating, fever, abnormal bleeding, sores or blisters in the genital area, lower back pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, pus formation, or strong-smelling discharge, or if previous treatment did not work. Do not use for longer than 7 days without consulting your doctor.
