Composition

Composition per daily dose of 15ml		% RI*
Nettle	1.1 mg
Silicic acid	43.8 mg
- of which silicon	13 mg
Zinc	1.5 mg	15%
Copper	0.15 mg	15%

Ingredients
Purified water, xylitol (sweetener), phosphoric acid (stabiliser), silicic acid (monomer), flavourings: zinc gluconate, Stinging nettle (leaf) extract (urtica dioica), copper gluconate

Use
Turn the bottle over once before use. Take in the morning on an empty stomach.
Under 15 years: 15ml once a day
Over 50 years: 45ml per day during the first week, then 15ml per day.
Do not dilute with water. Avoid prolonged contact with glass.
A 3-month programme is recommended. Not suitable for children under 12 years.

Storage instructions
Store closed in a dry place at a temperature between 4 and 20°C.
