Ingredients
Purified water, Silicic acid (monomer), organic silicon from Urtica dioica (Stinging nettle), Flavourings, Phosphoric acid (stabiliser).

Usage
Turn the bottle over once just before use. Take in the morning on an empty stomach.

Under 50 years old: 15 ml/day.
Over 50 years old: 45 ml/day during the first week (starter effect), then 15 ml/day.
A 3-month course is recommended.

Storage instructions
Keep out of reach of young children. Avoid prolonged contact with glass. Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight (neither heat nor refrigerator).
