Use & Dosage

Slide the protector over the forefoot and place the silicone gel directly on the painful hallux valgus. Ensure the protector fits smoothly against the skin without creases. Wear the protector during the day in your regular footwear. After use, you can wash the protector in the machine at 40 degrees Celsius in the included laundry net to maintain the hygiene and elasticity of the material. Allow to air dry; do not tumble dry or iron.
