Visible scars can affect your self-confidence and cause discomfort, especially when they are raised or discoloured. Without the right support, these scars often remain stiff and noticeably present in your daily routine. Hansaplast Scar Reducer offers a discreet and effective solution to help the skin recover, making scars softer and less visible for the whole family.
- Flatter and lighter scars: The patch helps to effectively reduce hypertrophic and keloid scars for smoother skin.
- Breathable and flexible material: The polyurethane moves with your body and allows the skin to breathe, ensuring optimal wearing comfort.
- Water-resistant and discreet: The transparent plaster stays in place during washing and is barely noticeable during daily use.
- Customisable size: You can easily trim the patches for smaller scars or combine multiple patches for larger areas.
How it works
These patches use polyurethane, a material that has been successfully used in professional wound care for years. By creating a favourable microclimate over the scar, the patch supports the skin's natural recovery process. Because the plasters contain no active medicinal ingredients, they are a safe choice for sensitive skin and reduce the risk of side effects.
