Submerge the sponge in warm water before each use until it is completely soft and has increased in volume. Gently massage your face and neck with circular motions. After use, rinse the sponge thoroughly with clean water, gently squeeze the water out between your palms and hang the sponge up by the cord to dry properly in a well-ventilated area.
Use the sponge only when it is completely soaked with water and has become soft. Replace the sponge every 8 to 12 weeks to ensure hygienic use. Stop use if skin irritation occurs.
