Ingredients
bromhexine hydrochloride. Excipients: Maltitol (E965), sucralose (E955), benzoic acid (E210), apricot flavouring (in propylene glycol) and purified water.
Use & Dosage
Adults and children over 10 years: 2.5 - 10 ml of syrup 3 times a day. Children from 5 to 10 years: 2.5 - 5 ml of syrup 3 times a day. A measuring cup is included in the packaging. This has graduation marks and the number of millilitres indicated to measure the required amount of syrup. Because a small amount of syrup remains after ingestion, fill the measuring cup twice with some water and then drink this. It takes a few days before an optimal effect is achieved; do not stop taking it too soon. If there is no improvement, do not use for longer than 14 days without consulting a doctor.

Do not use if allergic to any of the substances or in children younger than 2 years. The 8mg/5ml variant is not suitable for children under 5 years. Must NOT be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor before use if taking antibiotics. Consult a doctor in case of fever, shortness of breath, coughing up blood or if symptoms persist for longer than three weeks. This medicine may have a mild laxative effect.
