How it works
This herbal medicine uses the natural properties of Hedera helix (ivy). The active components in the dry extract have a secretolytic effect, which means they lower the viscosity of the mucus in the airways. Ingredients
The active substance in this medicine is dry extract of ivy leaf (Hedera helix L., folium). The other ingredients in this medicine are LACTOSE monohydrate, sorbitol (liquid, non-crystallising, E420), benzoic acid (E210), xanthan gum, ammonium glycyrrhizate, essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata (Sieber ex DC) and purified water.
Use & Dosage
Measure the correct dosage with the supplied measuring cup, then take orally. Adults, adolescents and the elderly: 5 ml, 2 to 3 times daily. Children between 6 and 11 years: 5 ml, 2 times daily. Children between 2 and 5 years: 2.5 ml, 2 times daily. Maximum dosage: 5-15 ml per 24 hours, depending on age. If there is no improvement in the condition after 5 days of use, consult a doctor.
