Use & Dosage
For cold application: Place the compress in the freezer for approx. 2 hours. Remove the compress from the freezer and slide it into the included cover or a thin cloth. Place the compress on the painful body part (for no longer than 20 minutes). For warm application: In water: Place the compress in hot water with a maximum temperature of 80°C for approx. 6 minutes. Distribute the gel evenly over the compress. Remove the compress from the water, dry it off, and place it in the included cover or a thin cloth. In the microwave: Set the microwave to defrost mode (max. 280W). Distribute the gel evenly over the compress and place it in the microwave for a maximum of 4 minutes. Stay present. As soon as the compress swells, turn it off immediately. Place in the cover and apply to the painful area for a maximum of 20 minutes.
