How it works

This dressing uses a thin, smooth layer of aluminium that is placed directly on the wound. Unlike fibrous materials, this metal does not adhere to the wound bed or the fragile new skin. Use & Dosage

Clean the wound and the skin around the wound thoroughly. Place the dressing on the (burn) wound with the aluminium side on the wound. Secure the dressing. Replace the dressing at least once a day. Use Heka Adhesive Plaster or a Heka Fixation Bandage to secure the dressing.
