Use & Dosage
Cold application: Place the product in the freezer for at least 1 hour (at -18 °C). When the compress is cold, place the soft side of the compress directly against the breast. Warm application: 1. Place the product flat in the microwave.
2. Heat for 50 seconds at 500 W. 3. Repeat the heating process 2 to 3 times and adjust the heating time if necessary until the desired temperature is reached.
4. Place the soft side of the compress directly against the breast.

Do not use cold in case of: - Poor local blood circulation in the breast (blue, numbness, cold skin). - Sensitive skin or history of cold-induced hives. - Postpartum hypothermia or circulatory disorders, e.g. Raynaud's disease. - Breast tissue at risk of ischaemia/necrosis (e.g. after surgery, consult a doctor first).
