When you are dealing with an injury or swelling, the uncertainty about the right recovery can disrupt your daily routine. Incorrect support not only slows down the healing process but can also lead to extra discomfort in vulnerable joints. The Heltiq Cambric bandage offers the sturdiness needed for a responsible recovery, allowing you to work on your vitality with peace of mind.
- Extra sturdy weave structure offers reliable support when fixing joints.
- High pressure capacity helps effectively in reducing swelling after a sprain or bruise.
- Versatile size of 8 cm wide makes the bandage suitable for larger body parts such as the shoulder, torso, or thigh.
- Composition of viscose and cotton ensures a durable bandage that retains its shape during wear.
How it works
This bandage distinguishes itself through a special weaving method that results in a non-elastic, extra sturdy material. Unlike elastic bandages, which are only intended for fixation, this cambric bandage is specifically designed to apply pressure. This makes it an essential tool for applying support and compression bandages, where stability of the affected body part is central to maintaining your healthy lifestyle.

Use & Dosage
Applying a light support or compression bandage for a bruise, sprain, or strain: Use HeltiQ Cambric Bandage in combination with synthetic cotton wool. Apply a few layers of synthetic cotton wool well around the site of the injury. Ensure that the cotton wool is distributed evenly. Start bandaging with the cambric bandage at the edge of the cotton wool; the cotton wool must remain protruding. Wrap the bandage as much as possible in a “tiled” fashion, where the turns partially overlap. Pull the bandage slightly while doing this, but not too tightly. Apply the final turn all the way around, but again, let the cotton wool protrude slightly. Secure the cambric bandage with a bandage clip or adhesive plaster. Securing an ointment gauze compress and/or gauze compress: Wrap the cambric bandage as much as possible in a “tiled” fashion around the site of the injury, where the turns partially overlap. Secure the bandage with a knot, bandage clip, or adhesive plaster.
Safety & Disclaimer
Do not use greasy cotton wool when applying a light support or compression bandage for a bruise, sprain, or strain. Unlike synthetic cotton wool, greasy cotton wool will cause overheating, which is not conducive to reducing the swelling of the injury. An elastic fixation bandage is not intended for applying a support or compression bandage. Medical device. Read the instructions for use before use.
