In a professional kitchen or production environment where food is handled, a small wound can have major consequences for hygiene and safety. A standard plaster that ends up in the production process unnoticed poses a risk to food safety and can lead to costly waste. The Heltiq BHV First Aid Kit modular HACCP offers the certainty of detectable materials combined with a clear layout, so you comply with the strictest HACCP standards while providing optimal care.
- Detectable plasters and blue finger bobs ensure maximum visual and metal detection, crucial for safety within the food industry.
- Modular design makes it possible to grab the right module immediately in the event of an incident, which saves valuable time and minimises cross-contamination.
- Specific burn module is included, which is essential in work environments with ovens, stoves, or steam equipment.
- Compact wall bracket mounting guarantees that first aid is always within reach in a fixed, known place for all staff.
How it works
This first aid kit is specifically composed for industries where food safety (HACCP) is the highest priority. The modular system categorises materials by type of injury. The distinguishing feature is the blue colour of the plasters and finger bobs; this colour does not occur naturally in food products, making them immediately noticeable. Furthermore, the plasters contain a metal strip for detection by inspection systems, which offers extra certainty in the production process.
