Usage & Dosage
Step 1: Nourishing Nail Oil. For best results, massage into unpolished nails and cuticles in the evening for 14 days. Visible results within seven days. Step 2: Super Shine File. Use the blue side first, then the white side - once a month. Step 3: Ridge Filling Base Coat. Apply as a base coat or as a clear nail polish.
