An unpleasant odour from the dustbin or wheelie bin is a well-known problem that can significantly disrupt your living comfort. Especially during warmer days, organic waste can quickly start to ferment, creating a pungent stench that spreads throughout the house or garden. Repeatedly cleaning the bin often offers only temporary relief and is time-consuming. HG Against smelly dustbins offers a targeted and effective solution for this inconvenience. This product absorbs the disturbing odours directly at the source and spreads a pleasant, fresh scent, allowing you to effortlessly maintain hygiene and freshness in your living environment.
Key benefits
- Direct absorption of nasty odours, effectively neutralising the source of the stench.
- Long-lasting effect that effectively suppresses the formation of unpleasant odours from rotting waste.
- Easy-to-dose sprinkling powder that can be applied directly to problem areas.
- Versatile application in both small nappy bins and large waste containers and wheelie bins.
- Composition based on environmentally friendly raw materials for responsible cleanliness.
How it works
The effectiveness of this product relies on the direct absorption of volatile odour molecules released during the decomposition of organic material. Instead of merely masking the stench with a strong perfume, the active ingredients bind the odour elements to themselves. At the same time, the subtle additions of limonene and linalool provide a mild, fresh scent. This makes the product extremely suitable for situations where organic waste, such as vegetable, fruit and fish scraps or used nappies, starts to smell quickly.

Use & Dosage
Follow the steps below to combat a smelly waste bin or wheelie bin using HG against smelly dustbins.
1. Dose the amount of bin freshener indicated below at the bottom of the empty waste bin, dustbin or waste container/wheelie bin:
- Waste or nappy bin: 10 to 20 grams (1 to 2 caps)
- Dustbin: 20 to 30 grams (2 to 3 caps)
- Waste container or wheelie bin: 30 to 50 grams (3 to 5 caps)
2. Depending on the amount of waste, the duration the waste has been in the bin and the ambient temperature (at higher temperatures, such as in summer, the decomposition process proceeds faster), the product may lose its effectiveness over time. In that case, add a new dose as needed on top of the existing waste.
3. The bin smells fresh again.
