Regularly cleaning a deep fat fryer is crucial, including for health reasons. This product has been specifically developed to effectively remove solidified, caked-on, and burnt-in fat, ensuring new frying oil is always used in a clean environment. The balanced formula ensures that your fryer, lid, and basket are not damaged during cleaning.
Instructions for use:
- Empty the deep fat fryer completely and wipe away any fat residues from the pan, lid, and basket using kitchen paper.
- Dose 250ml of HG deep fat fryer cleaner into the pan.
- Apply the neat product to fat deposits on the lid and other non-submerged parts using a brush.
- Allow the cleaner to work for approximately 10 minutes and rinse the treated surfaces with plenty of hot water.
- Top up the neat product in the pan with the hottest possible tap water (do not use boiling water). Ensure the fryer basket and the upper fat rim are submerged. Leave to work for at least 15 minutes; longer if necessary.
- Scrub the pan and the basket with a washing-up brush. The biodegradable contents can be poured down the sink once the fat has completely detached.
- Rinse the pan and basket thoroughly with warm water and dry them with a clean cloth.
