How it works

HG Hardwood Cleaner is a specially developed, highly concentrated formula that penetrates deep into the wood grain to loosen dirt without damaging the structure of the hardwood. Through the combination of non-ionic surfactants and phosphates, dirt is effectively encapsulated and removed, making the original colour and structure of the wood beautifully visible again.

Contains among others: Non-ionic surfactants 5-15%, Phosphates <5%, disodium metasilicate EINECS 229-912-9.

Use & Dosage

Depending on the type of cleaning, different methods are possible.

For intensive cleaning:
1. Dilute 1 litre of HG hardwood power cleaner with 4 litres of water (1:4) in a bucket.
2. Apply the hardwood cleaner with a sponge, brush, or broom.
3. Scrub with a brush or broom in the direction of the wood grain.
4. Leave to work for a few minutes, but prevent it from drying out. If necessary, use more of the prepared solution.
5. For very heavy and/or stubborn dirt, HG hardwood cleaner can be used undiluted according to the instructions above.

For regular cleaning or maintenance:
1. Dilute 100ml of HG hardwood cleaner with 5 litres of water (1:50) in a bucket.
2. Apply the hardwood power cleaner with a sponge, brush, or broom.
3. Then wipe the hardwood clean with a sponge or cloth.

For cleaning while maintaining the grey appearance:
1. Dilute 100ml of HG hardwood cleaner with 5 litres of water (1:50) in a bucket.
2. Apply the hardwood cleaner solution with a sponge, brush, or broom.
3. Scrub with a brush or broom in the direction of the wood grain.
4. Rinse the solution off with plenty of water.

Safety & Disclaimer

Transport and store the bottle upright.
Never use a high-pressure cleaner or abrasive agents for cleaning hardwood to prevent damage to the wood.
Wear liquid-tight gloves when using HG hardwood cleaner.
