Your new tile floor or wall has just been laid, but the pride of the project is overshadowed by stubborn cement film or mortar residue. You want a spotless result but worry that aggressive cleaners might damage your grout or affect your natural stone.
That grey haze dulls the shine and hides the true colour of your tiles. It is frustrating when the final result is not as clean as expected. The wrong cleaner can make grout porous, weaken it, or leave marks on sensitive surfaces. You need a solution that is effective yet safe for your investment.
HG tile cement residue remover is a powerful, targeted product developed to remove cement, cement film, and mortar residue from non-calcareous natural stone such as Norwegian slate, granite, and quartzite, as well as all ceramic tiles. Uniquely, it dissolves cement residue without affecting the grout. In fact, it even helps to strengthen the grout.
Instead of looking at an unfinished floor covered in cement haze, you can enjoy tiles that show their full beauty, sparkling clean with stronger, undamaged grout. This is the professional finish your home deserves.
Usage
Application is straightforward. Dissolve half a litre of HG tile cement residue remover in 5 litres of water. For heavier soiling, a stronger solution of up to 1 litre in 4 litres of water can be used. First, wet the surface with clean water. Apply the solution generously with a mop and scrub the surface well with a brush. Leave it to work for a few minutes, then scrub thoroughly again. Remove the solution with a mop, rinsing it regularly. Finally, mop the floor 2-3 more times with clean water for a perfect finish.
