After a renovation or laying a new floor, you naturally want to enjoy the result immediately. However, a stubborn cement film or a layer of mortar residue often remains, completely masking the shine and appearance of your new tiles. Ordinary cleaning agents are often not powerful enough to dissolve these mineral residues, while aggressive acids can permanently damage the joints. HG Tile cement grout remover offers the perfect, safe solution for your floor. This specially developed formula effectively dissolves cement residue from the tile surface, while the joints are spared and even strengthened.
Key benefits
- Targeted action: Dissolves cement and mortar residue from the tile surface without affecting or weakening the joints.
- Joint-strengthening formula: The unique composition contributes to the reinforcement of existing joints during the cleaning process.
- Suitable for natural stone: Safe to use on non-calcareous natural stone types such as granite, quartzite and Norwegian slate.
- Concentrate for flexible dosage: Can be diluted as needed, depending on the stubbornness of the cement residue.
How it works
HG Tile cement grout remover (product 12) works on the basis of a controlled acid reaction that breaks down the bonds in cement and mortar residue, causing them to become liquid and easily washed away. What makes this product unique is its selective action: it reacts with the unwanted film on the tiles, but does not affect the structure of the grout between the tiles. This ensures a clean result while maintaining the structural integrity of your floor.
