For a full bath, dissolve approximately 300 to 500 grams of spa bath salt in warm water of approximately 37 degrees Celsius. Stay in the bath for 20 to 30 minutes for optimal effect. Do not rinse the skin with soap after bathing, but pat it dry gently with a towel. For a foot bath, 50 to 100 grams of salt is sufficient.
