Always use 1 measuring spoon (4.3 g) for 30 ml of water.

**From the 5th month, you can start with solid food and porridge in consultation with your doctor. With every new solid meal, one bottle feed should be dropped. The recommended drinking amount and number of portions per day are guidelines. Your child does not necessarily have to finish the bottle.
Preparation advice:
Wash your hands well and sterilise the baby bottle, teat and ring for 10 minutes in boiling water.
1 Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool down to approximately 40°-50°C*.
2 Pour the cooled water in the correct amount into the bottle.
3 Fill the measuring spoon loosely and level it off. Add the recommended amount of milk powder to the baby bottle.
4 Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
5 Let it cool down to drinking temperature (approximately 37°C). Check the temperature. Now it is ready!
*To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid bacteria, it is advisable not to pour boiling water over the milk powder.
